  • In any hand with a 2-pair, retain both pair and reject the odd-card.
  • In any hand with 3-of-a-kind keep the 3-of-a-kind and refuse the other two cards.
  • In any hand with 4 into a Straight, hold all four Straight cards and re-draw – unless the Straight draw is not open-ended and the hand is with a Jack)
  • In any hand with 4 to some Flush, maintain the four Flush – unless the hand holds three to the Royal in which case you would draw to the Royal Flush
  • In any hand having 4-of-a-kind, hold almost everything since a one-card draw will not increase the cards.
  • In any hand with 3 to some Royal Flush, refuse everything else and go for the Royal – unless the hand is already a Sraight Flush!
